Salad- Prawn and Avocado Salad

Ingredients- 

7 cooked king prawns
70g spinach leaves
1/4 continental cucumber 
1/2 small capiscum
8 mixed cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
1/4 red onion
1/2 lemon
1 tea tomato sauce
1 tea aioli or mayo
1/4 tea salt
1/4 tea pepper
1. Remove the head from the prawn, then remove the shell from the tail and last remove the vein 
2.Wash the spinach leaves and then remove the stems from the leaves
3.Slice the cucumbers, capsicum, cherry tomatoes
4.Small dice the avocado and the onion
5.Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a bowl
6.Add the tomato sauce and the aioli to the juice and mix together for the dressing
7.In a bowl put all of your ingredients, add the salt and pepper, and then add the dressing
8.Mix lightly and then place in the bowl and eat :)
