Ingredients-
10 black tea bags
1 lemon sliced
8 sprigs of mint
110g caster sugar
1 cup boiling water
17 icecubes
1 1/2 cups of cold water
ice to serve
1. Put sugar and teabags in a bowl and add hot water stir then sit for 7 min
2. Layer ice, lemon slices and mint in your serving jug
3. Add cold water
4. Remove teabags from the bowl, be sure to strain out the liquid into the bowl
5. Poor tea into the jug, stir and serve with ice
