Ingredients-
250g scotch fillet steak
3 swiss brown mushrooms sliced
3 mushrooms sliced
handful shitake mushrooms
4 teaspn butter
salt and pepper taste
horseradish to serve
1.Season the meat with salt and pepper
2.Place the butter in a frying pan and melt on a high temp
3.When the butter has started to brown add the steak
4.Place the mushrooms around the steak
5.Season the steak and stir the mushrooms
6.Turn the steak over
7.When the steak is cooked to you liking take off the heat and rest for 3 min
8.Serve with horseradish
