Breakfast- blueberry and strawberry pancakes

Ingredients
                   3 sliced strawberries                        
                   8 blueberries
                   3/4 cup plain flour                            
                   3 teaspn baking powder
                   1 TBLspn caster sugar                      
                   120ml milk
                   1 teaspn vanilla essence                   
                   1 egg
                   1  TBLspn butter to cook                  
                   Maple syrup

1. place all dry ingredients with vanilla and egg in a bowl

2. start whisking and slowly add milk till the batter forms

3. put half of the butter in frying pan and melt


4. using a icecream scoop to put batter into the frying pan make 2 pancakes

5. arrange blueberries and strawberries on the pancakes

6. when bubbles come to the surface of the pancake flip over

7. when cooked serve with maple syrup
